Refund Policy


We strongly suggest to schedule a video call to see the live product before you make the final purchase. We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly email us.


1. Email us - Why you would like to return the jewellery, pictures and invoice.

2. Refunds (if applicable)

If we are convinced with your email. We will request you to send us the jewellery back in an insured courier. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

incase the refund is not approved. We will be sending you the jewellery again. The courier charges will be borne by you.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We will be happy to accept any exchange if the jewellery you received is defective or damaged within the 3 business days of receipt of the jewellery.

To return your product, you should ship your product to: Meerah Jewels, F 701, Spica, One North Towers, Magarpatta, Maharashtra, Pune, 411028 in an insured parcel.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item in an insured parcel. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should always consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
